castles that lay under the ground peacefully the inhabitants of the kingdom lived a happy and tranquil life under the judicious king and queen's reign they had a beautiful princess whose name was glenda she lived happily with her parents until one day when the queen was gravely ill and passed away glenda i'm sorry that i cannot stay with you and take care of you anymorew when i have passed away remember to wear this knuckles on you and it will act as a lucky charm to protect you instead of me after her mom passed away her father made another charming girl become queen a short time later the stepmom seemed to be loving her on the surface but in fact she just wanted to expel her so she always tried to harm her at soyland the king had constructed a spiral stair that connected to the in the human world until she was tired and fell down at a tree on the road that moment an old couple who was collecting wood went by and saw her they asked her if she was all right and invited her to their house poor you little girl do you want to come back to our house and get some rest glenda who was lonely and didn't know what her life would be agreed to go with the old couple to their house when she came there she was surprised to know that their house was really small and humble not like the houses in her kingdom the old couple took the food and drink for her and asked what happened glenda told her story to them in a sad tone when hearing glenda's story the couple was really surprised because they have never heard of an underground kingdom but because of their compassion and a desire for a child the couple asked glenda to become their daughter poor girl if you don't mind you can stay here and become our daughter although we are not rich we won't let you suffer anything glenda was moved by the couple's sincerity and kindness so she agreed day by day her parents went to the forest to chop down wood and she stayed at home to do the chores glenda lived peacefully with her parents but deep inside she always missed her homeland right then in soy land the king was too depressed because his daughter wasn't with him he didn't pay any attention to the kingdom glenda's stepmom took qdvantage of that to overthrow the king she said that the king was too sad that he fell ill and she would be in charge of ruling the kingdom she used her power to enforce many kinds of taxes and laws which made people's lives miserable seeing her wrongdoings glenda's mom's maid couldn't stand anymore in soyland there was a kind of tree that could shine every day the maid went there to take care of it and made it grow upside down to a tree in the human world the purpose of this was to attract everyone including glenda because she knew that the little princess was a curious person the tree roots shone bright strangely and soon attracted everyone and they all came there to see it glenda's parents soon knew about it too they told it to glenda already curious glenda went to the tree to see that strange thing when seeing the shining tree herself glenda immediately recognized that it was her kingdom's signature tree she came nearer to it and suddenly heard a voice my little princess i have been waiting for you for a long time i dare to connect with you like this because soil land is in danger your stepmom has betrayed your father and manipulated the troops now people are crying everywhere and only you could help us how can i return to soyland this tree is a secret entrance to soyland but you have to surpass three doors to return here i could only help you this much i have to return to the palace or else i will be detected goodbye princess glenda went to her house after hearing the maid told the story to her parents and thanked them for taking care of her for the past time then she said goodbye to them and went back to her kingdom glenda went deep inside the forest to get to that tree she went inside it for quite a time until the first door appeared but in front of the door was a giant frog and she had to surpass it to open the door glenda came up with an idea she went out of the tree to collect some bugs and then returned to trick the frog it jumped to her and gradually cleared the path to the door glenda moved near the door and she saw a key right where the frog had just sat and she managed to open the first door but when she stepped into it a lot of water surrounded and dragged her while she was adrift the key on her hand shone and turned into a bubble that covered her head which helped her breathe underwater glenda swam in a vast sea to find the second door then she saw a colorful fish which was stuck in the algae from afar a shark was coming towards it and about to eat the fish with her kind personality glenda couldn't let the shark do that she tried to figure out ways to help the colorful fish then she saw a coral reef not far from there she came up with an idea glenda found a stone and threw it at the shark to attract it glenda swam to the coral reef to lure the shark it grew unevenly and alternately with her small figure glenda quickly swam out of it while the shark was too big so it could not escape glenda swam to the fish and rescued it from the algae and they escaped together the colorful fish was really appreciative of glinda so it asked if there was anything she needed thank you for saving me kind girl you are my savior could you tell me what you are looking for maybe i can do it for you glenda told the story to the fish with a hope that it could help her somehow i thought it was something difficult no big deal i know where the door is just follow me and i will lead you there the fish took her to the door in front of the second door was a row of beautiful pearls the fish swam there used its tail to knock three times on the biggest and the most beautiful one the pearl opened its mouth inside it was a golden key the fish held the key and brought it back to her it also wished her a safe trip glenda used the golden key to open the second door she saw a blinding dark room upon walking inside it she tried to find a way and said hello suddenly the torches were lightened up in front of her was the image of her stepmom next to her was a giant beetle and her mother's maids hands were tied up look who's here isn't it our brave princess you think you can surpass me i deliberately spare you one time by locking you in the human world but now you are heading to your own death like this i will be pleased to do it then she ordered the beetle to attack glenda the maid saw that the princess was in danger she came to cover for glenda and was wounded seriously by the beatles claw glenda instantly tried to pick up the wooden stick at the corner of the room but it was removed by the beetle and she fell down as well the beetle took advantage of this and tried to swallow her glenda used hands to cover her face terrifiedly then the necklace she always wore shone bright from it a source of power radiated and hit both the beetle and the stepmom at that time the final key on her neck fell down glenda quickly snatched it and helped the maid run to the door the stepmom took her knife and tried to attack glenda but when she was about to touch her the power from the necklace dragged her out again glenda quickly opened the last door and escaped with the maid and the stepmom was locked for good in the dark room stepping through the final door glenda realized that it led to her room turns out that it was hidden behind the big curtain she used a bandage to cover the maid's wound and they went to save the king they went along the corridor to the king's room and found that it was locked the maid and glenda tried always to break it right then the golden key and glenda's hand shone bright she held it surprisingly and tried to put it in the lock this time she succeeded the king saw his daughter in front of him and he was overjoyed and hugged her they all went outside the palace the guards were really happy to see the king and the princess return they all sat down and praised them the king was getting old so he gave up the throne for glenda since then the soyland kingdom under glenda's reign was prosperous and happy forever foreign
